I have not receive anything yet, but I receive two letters from debt relief company saying a lawsuit has been filed against me on a bill I owe. On one of the letters the amount is 1900.00. The other letter does not have amount. They saying to contact them they may can help me.

Welcome to this community :)

First pull a copy of your credit report from www.annualcreditreport.com . Check if you owe any money to any company. If you think that you owe to any creditor or lender, and that they can sue you, you can check that out from the court.

Civil suits are filed either in federal or state court. Thus, you can visit both the District court in Houston, and the county court. Request the clerk in both the courts to show you the court docket so that yo can check whether or not any lawsuits has been filed against you.
