Can you tell what is the status of all these accounts on your credit report? Generally all negatives on your account fall off after 7 years. Thus, if it's been 7 years, and the negatives are still there on your credit report, you can try to dispute these items with the credit bureaus. You will get a sample dispute letter with this community which you can use to write one of your own.
In addition take a secured credit card. This is easy to get with low credit score. After that make small purchases using the card, and make on-time payments on these. This will help you in increasing your score.
you can work on improving your credit. Dispute some items on your credit report.
