I just reinstated my mortgage.I was wounded in action in Iraqu, I fell behind for months while waiting for va compensations.I was recently rated 100 percent combat disabled.Luckily this happened days before an auction of my house.I paid in full to reinstate.Will my score improve even a few points?

As far as I understand, reinstating a mortgage won't increase your score. Nether can it lower your credit score. Your score will remain as it is. However to improve credit score, you need to make on-time payments on your credit cards and loans every month. You can also take a secured credit card to improve score. Take a secured card, make small purchases on it, and make on-time payments.
