I owe social security disabilty

I owe social security disabilty from before when I was disabled. They said I was way over paid. I bee working for the last 10 yrs and now am disabled again permament can I collect disabilty if I still owe them money.

Hi,

Can you tell me to whom you owe the social security disability? Social security cannot be garnished by anybody else other than the government itself.
