potentialy negative closed

Hi can anyone please suggest on how to get rid of my bad credit and negative items. I have paid most of my debts to the collection agency in full and they have been closed. But there is one account which is potentialy negative closed.. Is this bad.. and how can i repair my credit score or be eligible for a new credit.. I have a stable job now and I do not want to repeat my earlier mistakes. Any help wpuld be greatly appreciated.

Please becareful what information you list, you should completely black out account numbers for your own safety.

As far as removing the negatives, if you can work with the original creditor, however if they have already been sold off to a collection agency you may not be able to have them removed, but you can have them marked as paid in full once they are paid off, they have to update the information. It still stays in the negative column of your report.
