1 question I haven't found an answer to yet is . When does your credit score get updated ? I have had true credit for almost 1 month and have had 4 debts deleted from my CR so far but my score hasn't changed so when do they update your score?
Hi, It should update every 30 days on your credit report.
Hi nuck
Gary is right. Your credit score gets updated every month when the credit bureaus receive updated information from the creditors. Now, since the negative items have already been removed from your credit report, your credit score will definitely improve. One reason why your score has not improved is that some negative information may have in the meantime been added to your credit report. You can check it out. But if no additional negative information is there, your score will definitely improve.

increasing scores
Does anyone know how to increase credit scores fast?
You got to clean up all the negatives from your account. Be sure they are with in the SOL because paying on a debt with an expired SOl will leave you open to a law suit. also a good payment history is a main factor in considering a score. So the truth really is there is no quick fix just continue cleaning up your account and building good credit.

Hi Getting,
The best way to improve score is to remain current on your payments. Paying your dues in time matters the most for score. Other than this, you can first check your credit report. If there are any wrong listings, dispute those with the credit bureaus. However if there are any negative listings, try to pay off the dues which you owe but you have defaulted on. Request the creditors to whom you owe for a pay for delete agreement. This will remove the negative listings from your credit report.
However I must add that there are no such ways in which you can improve your credit score fast. It needs patience.
