I'm not sure have you tried to google them. This is how I search for information all the time. Try it and if you need help after that let us know.

My son had dealings with Nelson and Gray who are supposedly connected with Global CLient Solutions and Rocky Mountain Bank and Trust and has had trouble. Nelson & Gray took the money and it is supposedly in the Rocky Mountain Band and trust but they never contacted the credit card company, took my sons money and never paid the debts - $3500 later the credit card compay is looking for payment. Be careful check them out carefully.

Hi All, Capitol assistance is listed on the rip off report. They are listed as fraudulent and they do a lot of false credit reporting. They also are known as BMG. Seems a lot of people are having trouble with them. I would send these people a debt validation letter by certified mail, return receipt requested. Give them thirty days (list this in the letter) to respond and then send a cease and desist. If they continue to be harassing you can call the FTC and your atty general for assistance.

DO NOT sign anything with these companies for credit repair or help paying your past debts! We signed a two month contract with them after being told that within two years our debts would be settled.

When the two year mark came (almost to the day) the company skipped town and their phone number is disconnected! NONE OF my debts have been paid and they had taken $232.00 out of my bank acct EVERY MONTH!!!! so in the end (literally) they have stolen approx 6,000 of my money! I need help trying to find a way to get my $ back. Global says they were only the bank to hold the $ and have nothing more to do with 1st financial!
