summon forms; 10544 and 10542

can i submit 2 forms at the sam time to the court; i recently got a summon and i need to send an answer form 10542
however can i send another form 10544 requesting a judment or dismissal without a trial
or would i have to wait for that after the collection agency makes a decision to pursue or not

Hi question

I would suggest first answer the summon and wait for the CA's action. After you have received a response from the CA, you might as well file 10544.
