Usually judgments, unless inaccurate, cannot be removed from the credit report until after 7 years. However, you may send a request letter to your creditor to ave it removed. If your creditor is only interested in the money he might as well remove the judgment. If your creditor(s) do agree to get it removed, keep a check on your report to see if it is gone. Once creditor may remove it but not all will do the same.
