Help! I have 2 fruadulent items reporting from Amex on only my Experian & TransUnion Bureaus. I have repeatedly sent Amex fraud dept proof of the id theft against me since 2004, and they refuse to delete from my bureaus. The items are shown as past due with a bal, and charged off? Equifax has taken off, but I need help deleting from T.U. & Experian? Please help, these are the only negative item's on my bureau's.. I have alot of supporting doc's like Las Vegas DA in dictment of criminal whom committed fraud, police reports, US doj confirmation...Please help..

Dispute the debt reported in Transunion and let them validate it. If they can't you will be protected under the FCRA against credit abuse. If the accuracy of the report is challenged and they can't prove the entry to be accurate then the information must be removed after verification. However if the debt is verified within the time limit, then it will continue to stay on your report.
