I have this chase card with Visa stamp on it. but in my credit report, it says "Rev" under the column of type. Dose it mean I have a revolution card?

I believe that it really means "revolving" as in revolving credit. Yes, since credit cards are revolving lines of credit, it may show "Rev". I am sure, it is not a Revolution card because Revolution card is just a departmental store cards and has no VISA or MasterCard status associated with it. So it must be that you have some outstanding debt with Chase which you have not repaid and they have listed it in your credit report.
