2. i want to apply to two credit cards and make payments on time , but a year ago when i apply i always get denied my credit score now is 618 .. last year it was about 520 ... which type of card do you think i should apply for now , please tell me the exact card...

3. what exactly can i fight off ... which kind of charges can i take of the credit report .. i read all these things that credit people have 30 days to prove to me that they have records of me oweing them money or something? which kind of records can i write letters to have them take it of ... and is it true they have 30 days to respond with proof or it will be taken off?

4. what web site can i order credit reports from that are used for mortgage.. i ordered a credit report from creditreport.com but it is not used for morgage.

5. if i lose a court case for $22,000 and i dont pay them how badly will it affect my credit score? will it be added to my judgement?

6. has anyone heard of lexingtonlaw... they claim to help fix credit scores... are their services usesful , should i use them why or why not?

2. I imagine that now you'd qualify for an unsecured card. There is a site (I think it's bankrate) where you can search for decent CCs.

3. You can try to dispute anything. If you have an unsucessful dispute, you can try again to dispute, for different reasons. Yes there is a "30 day rule," but information removed can always pop back up if verified at a later date.

4. I don't know that the mortgage scoring is available to the public. Perhaps other posters will have more info.

5. If you are being sued for $22k and you have a judgment recorded against you, yeah, your score will drop. I wouldn't expect to obtain much credit with an unsatisfied judgment; esp a mortgage.

I don't understand the second part of the question.

6. I am certain that they do not offer any credit report service that you cannot do.
