I emailed them via darkweblord@hackermail.com and explained my credit issues to them. To my greatest surprise, my credit score was upgraded from 480s to 786, and the negatives in my profile all wiped. I advise anyone with credit issues to contact him cause there’s nothing as having good credit. Trust me you’ll never regret it.
