Can you direct me in where I can get a listing of the State laws for payday loans in North Carolina? I know that we are one of the most liberal states with this matter, but I would still think there are some restrictions. Also, what about the following ipdl companies: Plain Green, VIP Loan Shop and zip19.com.

pdl's are totally prohibited so don't know where you got the"liberal"part from,but no pdl is legal in NC.just google your state pdl laws.
Paul is right. Payday lending is prohibited in North Carolina. Moreover, Plain Green, VIP Loan Shop and Zip19.com are illegal all over the state of US. You owe them nothing more than the principal balance. Close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. Don’t share any personal information with them.
