How do I find out if the pay day loan companies I am dealing with are legal or illegal. I learned from this forum that 500 fast cash and Loan Point USA are both illegal. Nobody seems to know about AeroAdvance or PDL Loan Center. (These are also companies on the internet) Who would I contact to find out if these are legal companies? I live in Mississippi.
All the above mentioned lenders are illegal in your state. You owe them nothing more than the principal balance. Don’t pay them any interest or fees. Close down your old bank account immediately and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. Don’t share any personal information with them.
