I'm getting rude calls from two different companies that are threatening to sue me if I don't payoff my past due cash advance loan. 3 out of the 4 loans that I have admit. They are not pushed for any legal action except for ACE. I have not spoken to any rep from H.P Capital but can you give me any advice. I live in North Carolina.

Payday loans are prohibited in North Carolina. Don't worry as they can't take any legal action against you. You're only liable to repay the principal balance and nothing more than that.

You will be happy to know that payday lending is prohibited in North Carolina. All lenders in your state are illegal, so they can’t sue you. Simply pay back them the principal and get out of this vicious cycle. Don’t share any personal information with them and close down your old bank account to stop debiting money from your account.
