I have been living in payday loan hell for 3 years now in Maryland. I have 4 outstanding pdls with PDL Ventures, United Fast Cash, US Fast Cash, and Cash Central. Are they illegal lenders? I look forward to the day that I will see my paycheck again!

they are all ilegal not only in MD,but every state.close your account now!that is the only way to stop them,and get your paycheck back.

Payday lending is prohibited in Maryland. All lenders in your state are illegal. You owe them only the principal balance. Don’t pay them an extra dime other than the borrowed amount. Illegal lenders can’t do anything. Close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account.
