I've called Town & Country a couple of times but am always on hold forever. Does anyone know if they will work with store-front pdls? My hubby and I have 2 storefront and 3 internet that are killing us. We have four kids and both work fulltime and just don't have time to deal with these people on our own and we need relief. Also I know they are all legal too.
If they are legal, then both of you are responsible to pay them both the principal and interest. You may try to negotiate with the licensed lenders and if possible set up a payment arrangement with them. Otherwise they can sue you because of nonpayment of debt.
Get help of a debt consolidation firm. You will have the assistance of a debt consultant who can work on your behalf with your creditors and alter the repayment schedule.
